the boars head kitchen staff

Why The BOAR’S HEAD?

About Us:

The Boars Head is a newly redeveloped country pub/restaurant in the heart of rural Fife. Here at the Boars Head we strive to make our customers feel like part of a community & provide a complete experience by delighting them with our fantastic food offer, friendly staff & great drinks. We’re after a hard-working, enthusiastic Sous Chef ready to join our growing team and be part of our journey. We need people to be passionate about our pub and want to learn and develop their skills.

Our food strategy focuses on delivering the best-in-class seasonal restaurant quality food, dictated by the British seasons. Our menus are focused on individuality which sets us apart from the crowd, at the heart of these menus will be our iconic classics & the quintessential Sunday roasts, apart from that it’s up to our chefs to create the rest of the menus, delivering every plate of food with passion.

You won’t find any ingredients our menus that aren’t available fresh, as we believe seasonal eating is not only healthier and better for the environment, but also much tastier! We are looking for people who understand the paramount importance on provenance and quality of ingredients, and if working in an environment where your ideas are respected & skills developed sounds like your bag, then the Boars Head could be ideal for you!
