Please call or email us on the day to let us know your expected timings. There is free street parking at the Boar’ Head on the high street. Due to the quirky configuration of the staircases in this historic building, we strongly advise guests who require assistance climbing stairs to contact us before making a booking to discuss the suitability of our rooms. Our bedrooms are not wheelchair accessible.

Monday and Tuesday stays
As The Boar’s Head is not open on Mondays and Tuesdays, we are not currently allowing new check-ins on those days.
However, if you wish to check-in on a Saturday or Sunday and stay through to Wednesday or longer, we are happy to open the rooms for you, although please note there will be no lunch or dinner service. Please email us for details.
OPENING HOURS
We are open from Wednesday to Sunday from 12:00. Last orders in the bar are usually 22:00.
Lunch reservations are from 12:00 to 15:00, Wed – Sat and 12:00 to 17:00 Sunday.
Dinner reservations from 17:00 to 20:00 Wed – Sat.
As we have a busy restaurant, please let us know if you would like to book a table before your arrival to guarantee a suitable table. Book your table here.
Our rooms are open to check-in from Wednesday to Sunday, and check out Thursday to Monday. Check in is from 15:00. Check out is before 11:00.
Please contact us for stays that include Monday and Tuesday nights.
A breakfast is included in all our rates and is served in the dining room from 08:00 to 10:00. We’ll ask you what time you’d prefer to take it when you check in and for your pre-order night before.
All items are cooked to order and use the freshest ingredients from local suppliers.
If you have any dietary requirements or special requests, please let us know a day or two before you arrive.
